Leadership Residency Program

A church planter  certainly needs a unique set of qualities and characteristics to successfully start a church. Those characteristics usually are engrained over time and with experience not something you just wake up with. We would encourage you to spend a year in one of our church plants to learn the what it takes to plant a church. We believe the skills of being a great pastor are learnable-by you in the right environment.

Planting a church will be one of the hardest and most rewarding works in your life. Before you apply to plant with the ICPA we recommend taking the time to pray through this decision with your family and friends.
