Time Required: ~15–20 minutes.
What We’ll Cover: Your personal story, spiritual walk, ministry fruit, marriage/family alignment, and 15 core church planting competencies.
Privacy & Care: Your narrative responses are held with strict confidentiality by ICPA leadership and coaches.
Honesty Over Performance: High scores don't open doors—verified character, self-awareness, and relational health do. Answer candidly where you thrive and where you need support. Don’t use AI.
What Happens After You Submit?
The pre-assessment is the first step in our pipeline. Once submitted, our team reviews your dossier, identifies key strengths and growth areas, and contacts you to discuss potential next steps.
If you are recommended to advance, the full journey follows a clear 3-stage process:
Stage 1: Online Pre-Assessment (You are here)
Stage 2: Church Planter Profile (CPP) — A deep-dive evaluation including reference checks, spousal alignment, and comprehensive background review.
Stage 3: 3-Day Assessment Intensive — A multi-day in-person gathering for live simulations, behavioral interviews, and final launch approval.
