Assessment & Discernment:
We partner with Church Planter Profiles to help you understand your unique wiring. This Initial Screening Assessment (ISA) is the critical first step to ensure you have the foundational characteristics needed for the field.

RESIDENCY:
Learn by doing. Our one-year residency embeds you in an existing church plant, offering hands-on pastoral training, mentorship, and real-world experience in vision-casting and leadership.
2.
TRAINING:
A church is only as strong as its core. We train you in logistics and in how to make authentic disciple-making the engine of a new church.
3.
Launch:
Execute your launch plan with a dedicated project manager walking alongside you to ensure every detail is covered.
